Luva

Luva is Rai's father, and a painter. He created a painting of the Tiger (representing the Tigeroids), the Dragon (representing the Dragonoids), and the Tai Chi King, who is keeping the two apart.

He is a Dragonoid, due to the fact that Rai's mother is a Tigeroid.

Hinted at often in the late part of the series, it is suspected that he is alive as the evil Lord Gherba.
