Zushen is a Tigeroid general. He worked with Rai at one point and struck a friendship with him. He is ashamed in the Tigeroids when they mistake Rai for a Dragonoid spy when he uses Whoo. Sushin was shocked to learn that Rai didn't know of his true heritage.
